Excelent conection all time

Great company !! Fast wifi and reliable !!! Even provided new pocket wifi when the one I ordered didn’t work properly . Great company ! Would recommend them for anyone travelling to Japan!

Had it delivered to my hotel on time. Never had any problems with connection or running out of battery since it also comes with a charger battery which is very convinient.
I would rent it again. Used it from Tokyo to Fukuoka without any Wi-Fi problems. Highly recommend it

I ordered the mobile wifi (from the website) for my wife while she visited me in Japan for a month. I picked it up at the Airport Postal desk as directed and easily set it up on the day of her arrival. It's small and easy to carry. Battery life lasted the whole day, just make sure that it's charged fully before heading out for the day. You could rent a Japan phone but with the mobile wifi, you can use your own phone which I think is better for taking photos/videos and sending it home via text or email while on the go. Also, using the internet while traveling is great. You can connect multiple devices to wifi with it.
The return was easy with the return envelope and instructions. Just drop it off at the Airport Postal desk.

Great great service. The entire package was delivered on time and can be used immediately. The mobile wifi had good coverage and speed.

Only 2 areas of improvement needed:
1) the devices (and batter power bank) came 1/4 charged. It would’ve been great if they were fully or at the very least 3/4 charged.

2) the on-device language was in Japanese even though the main menu was set to English. I had no idea what the device could do or how to change the settings. Would’ve been nice to know what the various functions were.

I would recommend using Japan Wireless to anyone, I used their pocket WiFi twice and will be using it again for the third time. Very easy and simple to use. I would however recommend booking an extra day as during mid day on the last day the WiFi service got cut off for me so I now just pay for an extra day longer than my stay. 10/10 recommended.

When I went to Japan with 5 of my friends, we had a very good experience with this pocket wifi. The devices' battery life lasted for most of the day, and if we ever needed a little more out of them then we just used the included power banks! All of the devices are compact and easy to carry around. We occasionally experienced weak signals, but only in situations where a cell phone would also not have signal. We would definitely rent these again!

I was really nervous since this was my first time out of the US and I’ve never used this device before. It was very simple, reasonable price and internet faster than my xfinity high speed internet

Advice If you are getting 2 hotspots make sure you ask for an extra envelope as one does not fit into the post box at the airport , we really struggled to fit it in even after flattening it
Overall great service and questions answered promptly by Japan Wireless staff
Only got about 10 to 15Mbs in Tokyo but this is sufficient for email and surfing

As in before, we rely much in mobile wifi to get where we want to go during our vacation as well as for translation app, googling a place or st traction and for social media. Japan wirless did its job and do not disappoint us.
