Amazing and easy. Battery lasted a very long time and the internet was fast.

Very convenient! Upon arrival at our hotel it was already there and ready to use. Internet speed is fast we were always connected.

One of the best things we did while planning our holiday to Japan was to book in a Japan Wireless fast pocket wifi device. There was a simple pick-up process at the airport and we had it working on the bus on our way into town. The device didn't miss a beat and actually performed better than the WiFi in several of the apartments we stayed in.

It worked and there was an extra battery pack. A few times I rebooted but nothing too inconvenient. Was generally very happy.

The experience with the Japan Wireless device could not have been more satisfactory. From the ease of the hiring process to the collection at the reception of my hotel, through its magnificent operation and the simplicity of the return process, I can only give the best of opinions about the device and the company as a whole .
