We never lost connection. It made our trip to Japan even better.

We used this portable wifi while in Japan. We lost connection a few times, but there were instructions in the kit to reset the unit, which fixed the problem. It was easy to book it from Australia, it was delivered to our hotel on arrival, it had very clear instructions and was easy to return it by post on our departure. All in all, an excellent product that delivered everything it promised.

Most effective & most reliable...had reception in most areas of Hokkaido & power was reliable for the entire day.

Worked great in Hokkaido except had to reboot once in 16 days of use. Backup battery came in handy. Would definitely use again.

I traveled around central Japan for three weeks in 2020 and the pocket Wifi worked perfectly. Moreover, it was easy to pick up and drop off at the airport (Haneda).
