it's easy ordering the wifi pocket by online and even when I need to extend few more days for it, and very budget price in my opinion, good signal when I stay in Tokyo but not too good in some urban ares, overall I am very satisfied with it, willing order again in the future.

The Wi-Fi was easy to use and was delivered in a prompt manner to the place I was staying for two weeks. Very easy to return it.

The pocket WiFi itself worked great. The customer service was great too! It took a long time to get through customs, and by the time we did the post office where we were to pick up the pocket WiFi was already closed. However, they were able to send it to a local post office near the place we were staying so we could pick it up there and not have to trek back to Narita. Thank you!
