This was a life saver, a must have when you go to Japan. Japan wireless has a reliable service, great customer and prompt responses. Very easy to use and and instructions were clear. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is because sometimes I would be connected but internet wouldn’t work

This is my second time using their pocket wifi. Their plan is not the cheapest but if you are looking for great speed, light device and easy to use, this could be your best choice. My only complaint is it takes a bit time until you get the right person to see to your problem. HOWEVER, they did solve my problem at the end in a speedy manner.

Although I had some issues with my pocket wifi, their customer service was outstanding and willing to help. I didn't have enough time left in my stay for a replacement, but they were willing to refund me without any issues. I will use them again in the future.
