This is the second time I have used Japan Wireless and they just make everything so easy. The wifi worked everywhere we went, we were able to put on TV show for the kids, use google maps so we didn't get lost, order food in restaurants, and look for fun places while we were out and about. The service was so easy. Quickly picked up the device on arrival at Narita, and dropped off in the letterbox when we left two weeks later at Haneda. Highly recommend.

Para conectarte es súper fácil y rápido. Lo que más nos gustó fue el retorno del equipo, es súper sencillo y práctico regresarlo por correo en el aeropuerto

Excellent service. They delivered right to my hotel, connected right away and had great speeds everywhere I went! Had a great battery to last the day and multiple people connecting. Works while charging and returning was a breeze with a prepaid envelope. Highly recommend
