Was really impressed using this little wifi device. Worked great during my trip, and had great service everywhere I went in Tokyo. Pickup and drop off in the airport was super convenient!

Easy use and battery lasted the whole day without issues - never tested without an overnight charge. The day long battery capacity makes this preferred option above an extra smartphone with hotspot on.

This pocket Wifi is a must have when you are in Japan or Tokyo.
It is light , compact and and works perfectly. I have not checked in detail, but I think it is among the cheapest rental solution for Wifi.

first time from the USA and this helped us stay connected while abroad! it allowed me to use imessage, google maps and other services while traveling. i put it in my backpack and it lasted all day! we were also happy that it worked underground on the subway! perfect and a must have for any traveler! it didnt allow me to make calls but it would do facetime or audio calls from google duo.

They were able to deliver it to our hotel which made it very easy on us. The quality of internet service was great and it was a super easy drop off at the airport. We will definitely use Japan Wireless again the next time we visit Japan!

Was easy to use and was a great help while using google maps to help navigate. Would say having pocket wifi is a must while traveling in Japan.
