We rented a hotspot for a week for travels from Tokyo to Osaka. Service was reliable throughout the entire trip. (The only exception was on the Shinkansen but even the train's onboard WiFi was slow.) It was quick to pick up from the airport and return to the post box at the departing airport. Battery life for the hotspot device was good enough that we only had to charge it once with the provided external battery. Highly recommend if you are on a trip with multiple devices to connect.

The product is great, i had no connectivity problems on any of the 5 city i was visiting. No service problems.
The battery last all day long and in case is depleted, it comes with a external powerbank.
Of course i will contract this service again in my next visit to Japan.

convenient and the wifi also fast

The speed was a bit slow when you are familiar with speeds from mobile 4G-5G. The speed range I got was around 3G, which is why I would recommend business speed which is faster. Throughout my trip, overall the internet was stable although I had internet drop on me for an hour or two when I was in an area that was crowded.

È stato spedito direttamente al mio hotel e l'ho trovato lì al mio arrivo; per il reso ho solo dovuto metterlo nella busta che mi hanno fornito e imbucarla nella cassetta postale all'areoporto.
