Super convenient and easy to pick up and drop off at Narita airport so that I always had wireless service while in Japan. The price was reasonable, the speed worked fine, and the service was reliable. I used GPS services and google translate all the time while in Japan and this pocket Wi-Fi kept me connected. Make sure to charge the unit and the included backup battery every night and you should be prepared for a full day of whatever your travel plans are.

Very reliable and useful tool to get Internet everywhere in Japan.

Used their wifi modem from june 22 to june 30. Worked great at Sapporo, Tokyo, and Nagoya areas. Have been using their service every time we visit Japan.

We order from my friend that told me know this product good n fast wifi. But we canceled travel to Japan because my wife sick. So we travel later to Japan , we will rent this product .
