The device worked amazingly. Had zero issues with it and worked all day with the battery pack supplied. Had a small confusion with the orders but the customer service team resolved it quickly, which I was thankful for. Would use this service again

I rented a pocket wifi for my stay in japan. I did do it last minute and despite there being a low supply they still managed to provide one. I also picked it up early and it was no problem either. I was given a portable charger, an adapter, wires and instructions that were very helpful. The hotspot had no issues at all and provided me internet for the whole trip. I will definitely purchase from this company again!

The unit was ready as soon as i came to the counter. No problems with signal even on the trains and subway. We took the train from tokyonto osaka. Had data signal the whole time. And there were 4 people connected tonit all the time.
