We travelled across Japan for 3 weeks and the device never failed us. It was delivered to our hotel right on time. The pocket wifi is very user-friendly, for a good price. It was so essential for our travels, would recommend it to everyone!

Picked up the parcel from Japan Post. Used it on our entire trip. 3-5 devices connected. Dropped it off before departure at the airport.

We have used for 15 days at Japan, and we have only a problem with the 1st wifi pocket and it was changed the next day delivering at hotel we were, so service is marvelous.

We went Japan for the summer 2023. We ordered 3 pocket wifi. Approximately 2-3 devices per pocket wifi. We visited Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. No issues with service and connectivity. We did have 1 pocket wifi die on us the day before the last day. But we still had 2 left and they provided us adequate service. Overall, I would reccomend this product for service, connectivity and ease of pick up and return at the airport. Thank you Japan Wireless.
