The pocket wifi from Japan Wireless made our trip pleasant and convenient. It is reliable and easy to use. I will definitely get from Japan Wireless again.

The kit includes a wi-fi router to which multiple devices can be connected + power banks + power cables. The wifi signal was almost always present, the router battery lasted about 12h with excellent performance. Easy to pick up (they sent it to the hotel and we picked it up at hotel check in) and to drop off (at the airport). I will raccomend it

I ordered pocket Wi-Fi on short notice. It was delivered to my hotel in Tokyo and was there when I arrived. The instructions to set up the Wi-Fi was very simple. I was able to get online quickly, and the Wi-Fi worked great. It was very dependable; I didn't have any issues. The Wi-Fi kept a good charge. I charged at the end of the day.

Simply put, when I have the opportunity to travel to Japan again, I will absolutely be happy to rent one of Japan Wireless's pocket wi-fi devices again. Everything about the service was top-notch!
