Pocket wifi was excellent. So great to be able to access all information when needed. Made travel so easy. The unit was there when I arrived at my accommodation and came with an envelope which made airport drop off so easy. Highly recommend

Great service throughout Japan except in deep valleys which was expected. My biggest issue is the returning of the device was less than clear and they should have provided a tracking number. I did send an email asking if they received the device and they responded very quickly that they did receive the device which is outstanding. Another issue is they should mention to search for Post Boxes to place the return package.

Worked well but we did have to continually reconnect to the wifi as it would disconnect occasionally.

Easy pick up and return. Worked very well throughout. Got the standard plan which is more than sufficient for loading videos for my son, google maps and messaging apps!
Perfect for what we needed and will definitely use again when we next visit Japan.
