We had great coverage everywhere we went on Honshu. The unit served 5 people and lasted all day. Only on one day did we exhaust the battery, but there was a power pack in the bag to keep us going. A bit of an issue when the kids skiied away from us, but that is no fault of the unit😃

Wifi was great, easy collection and return. My only criticism would be the speeds quite often weren't that fast and had to switch to other free wifi in the area. But much better than a sim card that's for sure.

This item came very handy on my trip to japan. It was very easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow.

Japan wireless pocket wifi is the best. the data works perfectly without any limit. hence, no buffering issues. would love to order the same on my next visit. I would also recommend this to my friends who are planning to visit Tokyo in the future.

Extremely efficient service. From the time I collected it at my hotel on arrival, to dropping it off at the airport 3 weeks later, it didn't skip a beat. Quick and easy to set up. A family of 4 with 2 teenage boys, the premium Wifi was able to handle it. Having constant wifi for google maps was the best decision for navigating on Japan's train system. Rarely did we use the extra power bank that was provided. Will definitely use again.

Easy to use and Wi-Fi worked everywhere I went. I’d get it again on my next trip to Japan.
