Really useful device, easy to use and to connect.
Unfortunately we have troubles with the connection in the last one day and a half but these don’t affect the whole experience.

We keep coming back to Japan Wireless because they are top tier! Easy pick up, awesome device that held an amazing charge, and convenient drop off at a post office post in Haneda Airport. They even enclosed an extra battery. We were delighted with the whole experience!! Thank you SO much Japan Wireless!!!

This pocket wi-fi was delivered to our hotel and waiting for us when we arrived to check in. Wireless set-up was simple and connectivity was very dependable in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Very pleased Japan Wireless Pocket Wi-Fi.

My husband and I were recently in Japan. We opted to do a pocket WiFi instead of esims since we both had a phone. The WiFi worked perfectly the entire trip for both of our devices. We went from Tokyo to Kyoto/Osaka and back without any connectivity issues. The set up was extremely easy and reconnecting was never a problem. The return process was also super easy and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

This is our second tome ordering from this company for a portable wifi and the experience was wonderful as expected! The only downside is that sometimes our phones would disconnect itself from the wifi but besides that, it was perfect

We were happy to have this option during our family travels to Japan. Our 5GB included with our cell plan (and one device without cell) would go very quickly so this was peace of mind for us. I appreciated the power bank as in some areas, the wireless battery drained quickly but the powerbank was always enough to get us through the day.
