The first day I picked up the device, I found that the device would not charge. I communicated through email and thankfully, my hotel had free wifi. They had a few suggestions but when they did not work, they wasted no time and had a new one sent to my hotel within 12 hours!
The device itself worked almost everywhere, just a couple of odd areas but no where did I feel like I had to search very far. It was like I noticed I didn't have signal but by the time I was at the other end of the shopping street, it was fine.

Seamless process, always worked, great speed and no issues for a three week trip across Japan. Great service.

The pocket wifi was easy to set up and use. We had no problems getting our Android phones connected to it. We had great service throughout our trip, but we did primarily stay in Tokyo the entire time. The battery life of the pocket wifi was great too.

Ordering on line was easy. The package was delivered to my hotel with good instructions and worked perfectly throughout my entire two week trip. It was good value and invaluable.

Used it for about one week. It worked fine except for one crowded place when it was really slow. Tech support was prompt. Having a power bank and the compact, light weight WiFi device are great conveniences! Would definitely get it again for future visits.
