The booking was easy. Received the unit on time and at the right location. Returning was also easy at the Narita AP terminal 3. Instructions on locating the post box was accurate. Signal was strong during our stay and the battery lasted the whole day. I barely used the power bank.

Device was given in hotel when my flight got delayed. Device was very convenient to use. Network was available in all the locations. Speed was also very good. I would recommend this service to everyone who travels to Japan.

It was easy to reserve and pick up the Wi-Fi hotpot at Narita. Just be aware that pickup is after customs.

L'ho prelevato in albergo il giorno del mio arrivo, ha funzionato benissimo per tutta la durata del viaggio e la batteria mi durava un giorno intero! Il prezzo è assolutamente in linea con la sua comodità, inoltre è piccolo e leggero e quindi si può portare in borsetta!
