Easy to use. Easy to pick up and post back from the airport. Battery charger worked on my phone too and saved me a couple of times. Good pouch to carry everything in. No problems.

Si vous êtes seul l'option e-sim est peut être plus adapté à la pocket.
Par contre en groupe le pocket wifi est particulièrement adaptée

The instructions were very clear in the email, and all the necessary equipment was provided with the pocket wifi, even a portable battery in case the pocket wifi discharges completely before the end of the day

First; the customer service was great. Contacted them multiple times for questions and concerns and they replied back in a timely and professional matter. Delivery to my place was a concern because the mailbox was too small to fit the package in. They were able to set up the package delivery to me directly. The return for the Wi-Fi package was very easy as well. Will use them when I visit Japan again. Thank you Japan Wireless!

This was perfect for our travels in Japan. We rented two of them as we had a family of 10. This way we could split up and still have Wi-Fi. The company made it so easy. They delivered them to our hotel and gave us shipping packages to mail them back. There were a few times that the speed was slow but still very handy to have.
