The premium wifi worked excellent on my business trip to Japan! No issues.

Very useful on my 2 week stay in Japan

Quite happy with our choice.
Easy pickup from the Ninja Wi-Fi location at Haneda T3. Drop-off was at a local post box.
Download speeds were very good at all times and in most locations we visited. The Wi-Fi was shared between two people and neither of us had any connection or speed issues at any point.

The 4G speed was perfect for using Google Maps, streaming music, and staying connected with friends and family back home.

The device was lightweight and user-friendly. It connected to multiple devices (smartphones and laptops) seamlessly, and the battery lasted a full day of heavy use.

Overall, Japan Wireless made staying connected during my trip so much easier. I will definitely use them again on future visits to Japan and recommend them to anyone traveling there!

Absolutely Amazing!!! the Wireless Box was waiting for us at the hotel, the set up was extremely easy. We're not a young couple. It was such an excellent experience, we never had any issues with the WIFI, we were using the box constantly on our outdoors trips. Never cut off the connection. I recommend this company and this box. Excellent service.

Excellent experience in using the Japan Wireless pocket wifi for 6 days during a visit Tokyo earlier this month. Easy to book and pay online. Convenient pick-up and return at the Narita Airport. No issues on speed. We would rent one again in a future visit!
