Product was great overall. Really liked the convenience. The extra battery pack is super helpful. The charger plug on the WiFi unit was very loose and it wasn’t always charging.

The internet connection was great. Only downside is need to constantly recharge unit but mobile recharge battery helps. Talking to others who had eSIM sounds like we had a better connection especially when further out as in Okinawa.

Highly recommended very easy to set up, great service, we relied heavily on this whilst navigating around Japan

The portable WiFi complete with carrying pouch and charger was delivered to my hotel where it was waiting for me when I arrived. The device was easy to use and set-up and a pre-paid envelope was provided for me to send it back. Would highly recommend.
