We were happy with the Japan Wireless wifi router. The battery life was good and the coverage good almost everywhere we travelled. Pick up (at hotel) and drop off in airport postbox was seamless.

I have ordered and used the mobile hotspot from Japan wireless many times and have been pleased with the performance of the product and the service provided each and every time. I had the hotspot delivered to my hotel in advance of my arrival and return is easy as the prepaid preaddressed envelope was enclosed.

I purchased 1 E-sim and rented 2 pocket wifi’s on our family trip to Japan last November 2024. Received necessary instructions how to pick up and drop off pocket wifi’s. E-sim activation was a breeze. Landed at the airport and connected to the e-sim with no issues at all. There were no issues with lag and always reliable. Will definitely get them again when we return for another vacation. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Easy to set up and worked great for our entire trip.

No issues with the unit. Took a second to get it going, but once up and running, it never dropped coverage, stayed charged with the power pack and…. As it was for our entire trip, the people helping us from the company were courteous and generous.

It was very convenient going around the country side where wifi was not available and I will definitely order Premium Wifi for my next visit to Japan.
