Used Japan Wireless for 2 weeks for a family trip. I was able to collect the pocket-wifi easily at Narita airport and set it up as soon as I got to the hotel. Connected the pocket-wifi to 3 mobile phones with no issues with connection, speed or data-limits for 2 weeks. I was extremely impressed with the coverage this provided for us too. It provided a better data connection for my phone then my home network back in the UK!

We hired two wifi to use during our 14 day trip to Japan. The pick up and drop off process was very easy form Narita airport. The wifi was also very easy to set up and use. We had the wifi between 4x phones and 1x iPad and 2x AirTags. I would have liked a better battery life. It did not last for a 14 hour day of going out and about- so you did have to carry the extra power bank and cord on long travelling days. It was grat having a power bank though. But some days it was nice to travel a bit lighter. A feel it was a pricier option but it was nice that little kids could watch movies as much as they wanted.

I had bought e-sims for my family ( from another company) and only two worked out of four. I placed an order late at night with Japan Wireless for a pocket wifi and it arrived to my hotel the following day. Comms with the customer service team were clear, quick and gave me confidence that I had chosen the right product for my urgent need. It was super easy to use and the return instructions and process was simple. Great product and service, would use again and recommend it anyone.

The Wifi worked perfectly. Held its charge, never had to use battery bank but finding the location of the outlet that supplied the unit in Osaka Airport was difficult. No signs and poorly drawn map did not help. (It's outside the main terminal) The rest was easy.

It worked great for us. Had service the whole time and it stayed charged all day. Only had to charge it at night time, compact enough to fit in my fanny pack and barely noticeable. Pick up was fairly easy, people were very nice and helpful to direct us towards the little shack in the airport! Drop off was quick, easy and convenient. Will absolutely use this service again if we visit Japan again!

Use of our premium wifi helped to make our trip seamless through our two weeks in Japan. Being able to pre-order put our mind at ease about connectivity. The ability to pick up and drop off the wifi card at the airport was great.
