It was wonderful! It was delivered before I got to my hotel so once I’ve arrived and checked in to my room , I got my package.

Very good product it has a perfect speed, battery is a bit short but with the potable charger there are no problems. The only problem is that it gets very hot and because of that I may shut down. But despite that great product.

it works very well, high power and battery last more than 8 hours. Moreover there also a power charge added so no problem at all. In 10 days we did not have a problem with this device. Pick up was easy (at the airport) and returning same (by post)
When I will return in Japan I will rent again

A must-have when traveling and going around in Japan. Very convenient to acquire; it was mailed to our hotel, and returning was no sweat. We mailed it back with the prepaid envelope, just dropped it off at the airport. All 4 of us were connected the whole time we were out, and signal was strong.

The service and product were great. I highly recommend.
