Had an issue picking the package up due to typhoon hitting Japan. They were able to ship the package directly to my hotel. Everything was very simple and easy to use. The directions were clear and I'm glad I chose to rent from these guys!

It was a great piece of kit which kept both my wife in touch with family (and work) as we travelled around Japan. I would recommend its use.

Very good experience with the premium WiFi. Very good connection everywhere (even in the mountains), high speed internet and good battery durability. Very convienent for travelling, especially since you can connect 10 devices to it (including laptop). Streaming of videos was no problem.

Super effective. We were 3 people who used the same WiFi and we had internet all the way (Osaka, Kyoto, Fuji,Tokyo)
