It was great to have wifi everywhere we went. Made keeping in touch with friends and family easy. Plus we used google maps to navigate our way around and no hiccups at all. Will be using again next February.

We had two of these for two weeks, we were four. It was great to have two whenever we had to split up. If you use it heavily, the battery will last 6 to 8 hours, so having two came in very handy when one of the devices ran out of battery. As the package included a power bank for each device, whenever one ran out of battery, we could just charge it up again. All in all, if you include the extra battery you get, you'll never run out of battery with these devices. Excellent service altogether.

The Japan wireless wifi router was as described and gave me seamless access to email, Internet streaming and 'phone for a very reasonable cost. Supplied power bank is an added bonus. Delivered to my hotel and returnable with the included postage sachet by dropping in a post box. Too easy!!

I'm impressed for the quality of the services , very prompt delivery , very good quality of the signal everywhere I was travelling in Japan.

First time using a pocket WIFI, i usually buy a sim card but this time we needed to connect 3 devices at the same time so I ordered the aforementioned item. I'm absolutely satisfied with my choice. The wifi worked very very well even in some countryside area on the mountains of Kyushu. Battery last almost an entire day and came with an extra battery. Super easy set up. Top customer service. Couldn't ask for more.
