It was very easy to use and we barely had to charge it during the day while using, the pocket wifi was also super thin and very light. I was very content with the purchase

The internet connection worked well between two people and the battery lasted quite long through a day without requiring using the extra battery. Had some minor issues (on my part) regarding pickup and customer service responded immediately to help me resolve things. Would use this service again.

This was amazing to have! Helped us be able to navigate and check openings of stores and places to eat. Was worth the money and its compact and comes with a portable charger. Would highly recommend

It was a fantastic help while exploring the wonderful streets of Japan! We visited Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo and even had great reception while riding the Hikari train and never lost the connection. 10/10, will definitely return to Japan Wireless when visiting Japan again in the future!

This Product works perfectly for on the road use or even to substitute poor hotel internet. The price is fair and receiving it from the post office worked flawlessly. Sending it back with the included envelope was comfortable and easy.
