Easy to use and reliable. A small hiccup at first connecting, but worked after I restarted my phone twice after inserting the sim card. No issues with connectivity at all, even when travelling all over the country. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Overall very happy with the experience! A few times the signal was weak and loading slow. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again :)

I compared a number of SIM card options and Japan Wireless was the best balance of data and cost - 500 mb/day was more than sufficient and super fast everywhere I went (I went to Hokkaido on this trip to more remote onsen and had no issues, even through the mountains).

The APN set up instructions were clear and it was at my hotel waiting for me when I arrived. If you're worried about not having data when trying to get to your hotel from the airport, I would recommend download the offline map and / Google Translate and still going with Japan Wireless to save an extra ~$20

Really came in handy for train schedules and finding our way around cities and even hiking the kumano kodo. Great access for a decent price.

I was really happy with the quality with SIM Card. I had no connection problems and the price was really competitive. I also found useful that i just can throw the SIM Card after its use. Would recommend.

It worked a without an issue, exactly as promised.

The card was delivered at airport office as planned. Instructions for installation was easy to follow. Internet worked fine hotspotting from one to two mobile phones, even during our trip through the japan alps. To be safe we used hotel and train wifi when possible, but would probably have been fine anyway.

First time to use this product & was fully satisfied by its ease & reliability in internet connection.
