The SIM card worked great no issues. The SIM card i ordered online was on site in the hotel when I arrived

Ordered 5 SIM-cards for a one week work-trip. Worked very well, and made it easy to communicate with each-other. We got the portable wifi as well, but would definitely recommend the SIM-cards if you won't always be together. This way, everyone was always online. Pick-up and drop-off at airport was so easy and well-explained. Great!

Customer services were polite and as helpful as they could be, but I would have prefered to have the information I needed in advance - i.e., that some dual SIM phones can't handle the prepaid SIM card alongside your other existing SIM card. It took a long time to solve the problem of why I wasn't getting mobile internet, and I was just sort of stuck in the arrivals lounge of the airport. However, once I got it up and running, it worked flawlessly for everything and was more than enough data for my needs, which included a lot of heavy Google Maps useage.
