I had an amazing experience using Japan Wireless during my trip to Japan! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The pocket Wi-Fi arrived on time, and the setup was incredibly easy. We had reliable internet access almost everywhere, even in the mountains, which was such a pleasant surprise.

The battery life was impressive—we didn’t even need to use the power bank they thoughtfully included in the package. Returning the device was hassle-free, thanks to the prepaid envelope they provided.

Overall, Japan Wireless exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re traveling to Japan and need a dependable internet connection, I highly recommend their service!

I used Japan wireless service for two weeks from 1st November up to 16th November without any trouble. I suggest to use it due its reliability.

Entire experience was perfect. Found the counter at Haneda airport very easily to pick up the device. Very compact and fit nicely in my bag. I used it all day and rarely needed to use the extended battery pack (although I did bring it with me everywhere just in case). Didn’t have any WiFi issues and used it mostly for maps and social media. I didn’t test it out on Netflix or any other streaming feature so I can’t speak on that. Conveniently dropped it off at the mailbox outside the airport like the website said. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

The WiFi always worked perfectly and it was super quick to set up. Really convenient collection from the airport as well. Last time I was in Japan I went with another company and the WiFi device ran out of battery super quickly but Japan Wireless pocket WiFi had a much better battery life as well.

Pick-up was easy, return even easier and we had a stable and fast connection through out our journey.

I travelled all over Japan in the month of October and was very surprised with the connectivity of the JW portable Wifi never did i face in any area a break in connectivity! I was always connected!! The other plus is the ease of pick up and delivery at the Airport. I had to extend my stay and just a phone call was all it took for extending the access to the Wifi for the extended period. I would highly recommend JW to anyone looking for a Wifi service in Japan.

We rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless for our 46 day visit to the country. It worked perfectly ! We travelled extensively through a good part of the country and were never without an internet connection. I carried it with me everywhere, either in a pocket of my backpack or, in the evenings, in my small hand bag. With a full charge, it lasted all day; I never even used the supplemental battery that is included. We chose JW because they were the most flexible for rental periods and their prices were most competitive. Very easy pickup (at the airport) and return. Essential and reliable !
