very eficient and easqy

We easily got the device at Osaka airport. Instructions were clear and the device functioned perfectly. Additional battery was a bonus (we used it for our phones).
Return procedure was simple. We found a mail box at Haneda Airport.

This was excellent, easy to pick and return at the airports, all that was needed was supplied, the extra battery a good send. Easy to set up too, I was online in less than 30s.

Renting this device has easen up our Japan travel. It was very easy to move around and do navigation as it has provided us the convenience of using the internet whenever and wherever we go wothout hesitation. It was fast and best catered our wifi needs.

Very good and easy service

The package with the wifi was at the hotel when we arrived. The battery lasted around 12 hours each day without needing to be recharged - and there was a portable battery provided. Compared to previous times, we had to restart this device 2x during the trip: but it worked again after. Speed provided is good. Value for money and convenient.
