If it is possible to describe my experience in one word it would be: perfect! Easy to order, very convenient and easy receipt and return (because well explained and from an operational stand point), easy to use, really well functioning (internet signal and batery), good price.

I used this service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pocket WiFi while in Japan. The entire process from initial order to the return of the item was convenient and simple. The device worked like a charm the entire trip!

The device has a long battery life and the wifi connection is phenomenal! I work remotely so I almost always use 2 connections at the same time (laptop, cellphone) and have never experienced an issue.

Just wish that battery didn’t run out too quickly. Good thing there’s a spare battery included in the package.

Amazing service arrived at hotel as planned. Rapid internet wherever we were - and we travelled around a lot. Even great on tokyo underground. Battery life good too and spare if you’re beasting it all day. Was a little worried about the reliability of the return process but needn’t have worried. Dropped it in airport post box and it was received the next day . Completely hassle free. Would absolutely recommend.

Only minor quibble was device IS IN JAPANESE - no English, not really a problem as it’s just a case of connecting it to your phone wifi like any other device.
