I stayed in Japan for 22 days and had no problems. Obviously my use was for things like using Google Maps or Google Translate, but I did make two video calls. Even so, my data plan is not over. So, I recommend it!

It was my second time in Japan and also second time using Japan Wireless SIM card. It is really easy to get it in the airport, to setup and it has a good signal. I went to Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya and Hiroshima. It worked really fine in all these places and I never had a problem.

Stable connection even when riding the subway! The SIM was a lifesaver on so many occasions! I would love to order again in the future.

good coverage and easy to use!

For two people who don't plan on being next to each other constantly, this is the best option. The coverage and network speed were excellent. The SIM cards were delivered seamlessly to the hotel, despite the relatively short notice. My only two critiques are that I wish they would include a SIM extractor tool so we could swap the SIM cards immediately instead of having to find a shop with a tool to help us. The other thing is the documentation wasn't clear if we had to return the SIM cards at the end of the 15 days, which you do not. All and all an excellent service that is nearly flawlessly executed.

Fast delivering, good price, very good connection, no problems.

We used the SIM in my wife's iPad and it worked well. The installation instructions were clear, and the device worked as advertised, useful for data and for iMessages (in place of phone text messages).

Just want to say that the product was awesome, and very useful althroughout my 30-day stay in Japan. Will definitely avail this product again when I go back to Japan. Definitely a 5-star.
