From picking up our router at Haneda airport to returning it via mailbox, the entire process and experience was smooth and relatively easy. We had great coverage throughout the many places we visited (Mt. Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka) and even in the trains. Will definitely use the service again!

I found premium wifi in Japan so easy to use and quick to set up. It worked so well and gave us the ability to use the internet instantly. I was able to use Google maps where ever we went and access tickets for entry to attractions.

It was nice to have a back-up battery as we used our wifi a lot for navigation and looking things up on our devices. The speed was great too. It was very convenient to put if in the provided envelope and drop it on a post box at the airport before security.
