The Portable WiFi unit we ordered was waiting for us at out hotel when we arrived in Japan. It came with an additional battery pack charging cable and charging plug as well as a pre-paid return envelope for returning the unit. It worked great in all of the cities we traveled to in Japan. Couldn't be happier with this unit. Made for a great trip keeping us connected to the rest of the world.

My Japan wireless was waiting for me when I got to my hotel. I had no problem connecting with the help of a friend the instructors were a little difficult to understand.
I still I’m very pleased with the WiFi.

Have been using this wireless WiFi device for years now and am very satisfied with their service and the rates . Hope they don’t raise it .

I traveled all over Japan and connectivity worked almost everywhere with only a few minor (and temporary) hiccups. It worked very well and is priced fairly. I would use it again (and actually have, this is my second time).

For a family holiday with six we arranged the WiFi box. Must say that the next time we would order two: just because it’s so easy and when two groups do different stuff we can still use the internet

This didn't miss a beat. We were always connected. Was great for travelling with my family (3 to 4 devices connected). Awesome taht it was delivered to our hotel in advance of our arrival. Very convienient and easy to use.
