Highest praise possible for Japan Wireless for me! The box arrived even quicker than expected. It had great battery life, lasted all day. The value of my package was great and affordable even with add-ons included. The returns process was so easy as well, which made me feel very relaxed. You'd be hard pressed to find a better option, I will be booking again next time I visit!

Portable wi-fi have been me and my wife’s go to solution for internet both times in Japan, and it just works great. All the communication before, during, and after surrounding how to use, pick up, and leave the wi-fi is great and it worked very well in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagoya, Magome, Tsumago, Nara, Osaka. No doubt it works great elsewhere as well.
