I recently visited Japan and wanted to cut my international plan price. Using Japan WiFi pocket over a 9 day trip was very economical and worked very well. I hooked 3 devices and had no issues. I highly recommend this product!

It was great to have the pocket wifi! I highly recommend getting the pocket WiFi delivered to your hotel room instead of picking it up at the airport.

I had no problems using the Japan Wireless eSim while I was in Sapporo for ten days!

I wish there were a way to make local calls, other than internet related calls, though, because there were times I needed to call a taxi and had to ask a convenience store clerk, or the hotel front desk to call for me.

The device was easy to pick up, friendly to use, and simple to return. No disruption in service. If the phone is locked you may need to get a VPN to show where you want the phone to be located. Will use again.

Super easy. Bought online, collected at Tokyo airport. Worked amazingly. Dropped off at Osaka airport. Really great facility, helped us stay connected at all times during our holiday. Very happy! Wish every country has this facility.
Only 1 issue, the website while purchasing, clearly clicked the from date & to date, but the date self extended due to mouse movement, which I failed to notice and landed up paying for 1 extra day, which they did not agree to refund. So make sure to check your dates carefully before paying.
