Service was great during the whole month I stayed in Japan.

We used this for 3 weeks during our round trip through Japan and were very happy!

We were really happy with Japan Wireless. It worked everywhere and was very useful to us.

We booked our Wi-Fi (3 pcs) 1 day upon our arrival. It was delivered to our hotel without any problems and it was super easy to start using it. Only one device didn’t work immediately but with very good instructions we got together with devices we were able to start using it.
When buttery was going down the signal weakened. Luckily you get it together with the power bank so this wasn’t an issue as well.

Returning it was super easy. We just put it to the envelope we received together with the WiFi and through it to the post box at the airport.
The customer service was very helpful and good.

If we would go to Japan some time in the future we would get this again. Fully recommend it!

Very convenient to order, have it delivered to hotel, and drop off. Comes with everything you need with clear instructions. The battery lasted all day for me, only getting down to about 45%. I mostly used it for google maps and reading the news. My only issue was that I didn't let my hotel know that I was expecting a package, so the hotel staff claimed they didn't receive anything. I had to call support and they were able to explain in Japanese to the hotel staff. The support person reassured me that it was delivered to the hotel. Well, the hotel staff found it 10 minutes later with my name was clearly on the package, so definitely inform your hotel to avoid my mess.

out of the 21 days ive been using it there was only one day where the connection was a bit unstable but turning the device off an on again fixed it. the process of ordering, picking up and returning was super easy and i can highly recommend!

I’m so glad that I ordered this product from Japan Wireless. Would definitely recommend anyone traveling to Japan absolutely get this for security and peace of mind. Safe internet.

Pick up and return was easy. I did not have to use the backup power pack for the router, the lowest it got on me was 20%. I did used the backup power pack on my phone once. I had 3 phones connected to router. Lost connection in subway, until I downloaded the Japan Wi-Fi Auto-connect App. Recommending to several people I know traveling soon to rent the Japan Wireless Router, good deal.
