Transaction was seamless and wi-fi coverage is great!

This was the perfect way to have Wi-Fi and access to post pictures , text and stay connected!!!

Battery lasted all day, not sure if because we only had 2 cellular phones paired up with the device. Will order again on my next trip to Japan

I used Japan Wireless for my recent trip, and they made it very easy to pickup (from Haneda airport), use, and return (by mail). Instructions were available in English, and were very straightforward and clear. If you charge the device at the end of each long day, you'll have no issues with connectivity or battery running out. I found the price to be reasonable, and often seemed to be able to load maps/websites faster or more reliably than my traveling companions who were using eSim. I'd gladly recommend and use Japan Wireless again myself in the future.

The whole process of receiving and returning the device was so easy. Having continuous uninterrupted Wi fi is a must, when we rely on it to get just about everything.
The pocket Wi fi is also shareable with travel companion, made it worth the cost.

I highly recommend and will definitely get another one the next time we are back in Japan.

I had not used pocket wifi in the past but since we had a group traveling this time, having wifi access was helpful in looking up directions and information on the spot. Two of us in the group had pocket wifi (from Japan Wireless) so we were able to back each other up if the group split up or battery power was low.

We found the battery backup to be helpful since we were on the go all day.
