Having Japan Wireless's Pocket Wifi has been awesome! It truly is unlimited and always works. I appreciate the fact that I did not have to pay an additional fee for the portable charging bank. For the cost of the unlimited wifi and everything it came with, this is definitely a deal! If you or a family/friend are planning to visit or live in Japan for a bit like myself, Japan Wireless is definitely the way to go!

Placed order online, they emailed me an order receipt and my WIFI packet was ready for pickup when arrived at their booth in Haneda terminal 3. No problems at all with WiFi service. Return was easy, just place everything in included mail envelope and dropped it off in the red mailbox at terminal 3 entrance. A confirmation of return was sent as well when they received package.

Do not hesitate to take wifi pocket with this company. It works very well. First I made an error with my order and without asking they have refund the amount immediately. The wifi pocket works perfect in all Japan and it is very usefull for all the family!

We have no issues starting to use the wifi. We did have to restart it once over two weeks. The extra battery pack powers the system for.the whole day with no issues.
