This WiFi worked well and was easy to use. Delivered on time and easy to return. Definitely recommend.

It took us a while to find where to pick up our WiFis and we actually arrived late, but the nice gal there still gave us our 3 pocket WiFi’s that we rented. She was so nice!

Product worked wonderfully. We stayed connected to wifi the whole time it was on without fail. If you don’t have international coverage on your phone, you want this! It helped us greatly during our visit to Japan. The package delivered straight to the hotel front desk as requested. Return was just as easy, just place it in the envelope provided and drop it in the mail box.

Worked well every where I went, from Miyajima Island to Tokyo. Easy pick-up at our hotel in Shinagawa and then easy drop-off into any conveniently located post office box (in included return envelope). Just keep in mind it needs to be charged up at night so it's ready to go the next day.

I rented this device for 15 days. It worked well under all conditions. The connection speed was great even when riding the metro. I would highly recommend this pocket wifi. Easy to setup and use.

Used this pocket WiFi during my 3-week long trip in Japan and it was perfect! Doesn't get great service while on the shinkansen, especially through tunnels, but otherwise the service is reliable and battery lasted a full day (I'd charge every night and be good to go).
