excellent pocket wifi. Easy to get and return.

It was easy to order and it was delivered to my hotel and waiting for me prior to check in. Very secure and no issues with setting it up except for the for directions print was really small and a little blurred. Had to take a pic and enlarge it. But overall great service.

First time using a portable WiFi. Worked great for our entire trip. Was able to have everyone in our family on it and never had an issue. Much easier than eSIM for us.

So easy and flexible. You can send it to your hotel so that you have it on arrival or pick up at airport. Instructions easy and connection very reliable. Even easy to return posting it in letter box at airport on departure. Real value for money and well needed!

Im so grateful & thankful we could immediately use the pocket wifi upon arrival at haneda airport. We needed our phones inorder to navigate our way through train station.

Light and easy to use everywhere

I must say that I was so happy and impressed with the service provided. I was in different places in Japan and never lost the service. Next time, I will use it again.

It was so helpful to have connection for me and my family throughout Japan. Worked very well. Would use this service again.

We took the advice of Kensho Quest on YouTube and it worked out great. We turned of data and roaming on our U.S. phones, and with the Japan Wireless router, we communicated easily with email and WhatsApp. On the odd occasion when we really needed our phone line, we turned it on briefly, did what we needed, and turned it off again.

Otherwise, we used Japan Wireless exclusively. It was simple to use...just charged it overnight and put in my daily carry bag when we went out. At the end of our trip, we just put it in the provided mailer, and dropped it in a mailbox at Narita. It could not have been easier or more convenient.

I highly recommend this service for people who have locked phones who can’t use esims or have numerous people in their group that want to share wifi. It gave us a perfect solution for us. Pick up and drop off were very convenient. The pocket WiFi worked very well. And it was very inexpensive.
