We are happy with the pocket wirefire unit. We had a very consistent internet connection with reasonable battery usage.

I appreciate that I can always request for my WiFi to be delivered to my hotel and waiting for me upon check in. We’ve rented from Japan Wireless since 2019 and we plan to continue to do so on our annual trips to Japan. I highly recommend Japan Wireless as our go to company.

So easy to order, pick up, use, and drop off at the airport as you leave. Will order every time I come to Japan. Had zero connectivity issues and full coverage. Even handled Netflix and playing games on my handheld. Loved the translator too. Came in so handy when ordering food and sorting out directions to places.

Great service for a reasonable price, as always. My one suggestion is to offer a smaller backup battery, to save weight. Thank you
