This was a great rental. It worked perfectly all the time. I loved having it. It also came with a portable charger. I rarely needed it the battery on the device lasted a long time. We’d be out for over 12 hours and we never had an issue. The pick up and drop off was as simple. I highly recommend getting this.

The Japan Wifi wireless worked very well for me and my partner. We traveled almost everyday for 12+ hours and the battery life of the box lasted almost all day. If you need to use network or reception the wifi connection may disrupt it, just for a heads up. Overall, picking up the wireless box was easy and drop off/return was an easy process as well.

Excellent service, and directions to pick up and return were overall great. Only minor confusion was the initial pick up location, as the cubicle is was smaller than expected so it was challenging to see at first.
Device worked well. The only complaint is the first day of use it was cutting in and out of service as I was walking around outdoors, but it was stable for the remainder of the trip. Thank you for an excellent product and assisting me in the day extension!

Very good wifi will recommend to friends

For mobile connectivity for travelers in Japan this is the easiest and most cost effective alternative.

Wi-Fi provided the necessary connection I needed to go on the Internet and use my phone. I experienced no problems.

The communication was great. They responded in a timely fashion. So accommodating when I forgot to pick up at the airport.
