Renting a pocket wifi in Japan was the best decision we made regarding staying connected. The process can be done online, is very easy and once you land you just pick it up at the airport or it can be delivered to your hotel. I do recommend have it delivered to your hotel as we were delayed at the control and we were rushing to catch our bus. The pocket comes with everything you need, even an adaptor to Japan´s sockets which sometimes we used to charge other devices. It´s very easy to use and we always had signal, even in the mountains or the countryside! Returning it was also very easy and comfortable, just putting it in the envelope provided and posting it at the airport. Much better and easier than buying a SIM card or getting a plan with an app that sometimes your phone can´t download. We will use Japan wireless next time we go back for sure!

I preordered my 30 gig service plan and picked up at the airport on day of arrival. Instructions is easy to follow and the device connected a few minutes after it was powered on. Multiple phones was connected and speed was no issues. The plan also includes charger, cable and a power bank. Return was a breeze since it came with a return envelope that we dropped off at the airport post office box located at the departure entrance. I would recommend Japan Wireless.

Super easy to order the pocket Wi-Fi online. It was delivered to our hotel where it was waiting for us at check in. Worked perfectly everywhere. Easy to return in postbox with excellent instructions.

Seamless pick up and drop off at the airport. Great data rates for our group of 5. Worked everywhere, and we were driving through some remote areas. Highly recommend.

The WiFi was excellent. Great value for money. Clear instructions on how to pick up and return. The WiFi itself worked well with good connectivity and speed. There were only a couple of times when it was slow. It came with a power bank but actually the charge lasted all day that we were out, however it was a good backup to have. And it also came in a convenient carry case.
Overall I recommend this WiFi and would use it again on a future visit.

We rented this device as there were two of us with iPhones, iPads and Apple watches. It worked flawlessly over the 25 days that we had it. It comes with a Power Bank although we did not use it. Delivery to our hotel and awaiting us when we arrived was great. I highly recommend the product and Japan Wireless.
