I ordered it from Germany and received a QR code. When I arrived at Tokyo Airport, I went to the counter and picked up my order without any issues. Everything went smoothly, and I didn't have any connection problems. The router's battery life is about 8 hours, which is perfectly fine. I would recommend it to anyone!

We used the Japan Wireless pocket WiFi during our trip to Tokyo and Osaka, and it was flawless. The coverage was excellent everywhere we went, the connection was fast, and the battery easily lasted through long days of sightseeing. Picking it up and returning it was incredibly simple. This was our second time renting a Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless, and it was just as great as the first. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even in the remote parts of Japan we visited. Pickup at our hotel's front desk on night one was seamless, and returning it on our last day was incredibly easy with the pre-paid envelope they provided. Will definitely use them again!

We could not get it to work for us. The company refunded all my money. I was able to have my cell phone company connect me to wifi the entire trip. I really appreciated the complete refund because my Tmobile was much more expensive and need it back. Very happy with the customer service. THANK YOU!!
