I picked up my pocket wifi in Narita Airport and it worked for the entire 2 weeks I stayed in Japan. Not once did my service ever go out, even when I traveled in more rural parts of the country. Although the battery life seemed short, I never ran out before I could charge it again. I recommend this service and would use it again.
