Super easy to get. (Arrived at our hotel.) Worked great everywhere we went in Japan! Tokyo, Kochi, Hiroshima, Hakodate, and Hiroshima. Loved the convenient bag that was provided, to keep everything together when we were on the move. Super easy to return. (Put everything in the return envelope.)

Unlike some other WiFi providers, Japan Wireless is easy to communicate with when the need arises. We have used their service multiple times while in Japan, and never disappointed.

I am so happy that we got this pocket wifi for when we were in Japan for 17 days! All of us were able to easily connect to it and it had a good amount of range. Only downside is when you are further away and possibly lose one of the people in your group and then can't get a hold of them! lol Also, don't bother with their pocket translator. It was cumbersome and the google translator app was so much better and easier to use

Excellent service. This was my second time ordering the pocket WiFi and I’m very satisfied with the service

I rented 2 pocket Wi-Fis and they worked throughout our trip. I couldn't give a complete 5 stars because the pocket Wi-Fis would overheat and I had to shut it down and wait for it to cool before turning it back on. Overall, it did their job.
