Highly recommend for when you’re traveling to Japan!

This was the best option for our family and it was amazing. We used it all day long everyday that we were in Japan. 4 ppl where in the device at all times. The pack has everything that you will need charging wires and a portable battery. To return the device was as simple as it was to receive at the airport. Follow the instructions when you schedule the pick up when you pick it up the simple instructions tell you exactly what to do. The best part you drop it there at the airport in the mailbox you must put it in the envelope to at is provided. It was an easy inexpensive way for 4 ppl to share WiFi all over Japan. I honestly recommend this service if you are traveling to Japan.

everything was perfect

Worked perfect throughout 3 weeks of travel across Honshu. The device has enough power for a full day of travel, including streaming while on trains.

During our 3 week trip to Japan, it would had been impossible not to have access to Internet, essentially for translation from Japanese (parking, fuel, discussion with the people). The solution was perfect for us.

I used this for almost 40 days in Japan. I only had to reset twice. Other than that, it was pretty reliable. I took it not only to the city but also rural and mountain side as well. It worked just fine and provided steady access to the wifi.

The pocket wifi service was exceptional. It was delivered to the Tokyo address I set safely. It came with a pouch, charger, pocket wifi, and instructions. Drop off was easy and simple as I just needed to put the items into the provided return shipping envelope and drop off at the post office.

I have been using this service 2018. Always easy and reliable.
