Had the pocket wifi for two weeks and it worked perfectly. Pick up and return were easy. The complimentary power bank ensured I was always connected during many long days. Outstanding service Japan Wireless!!

It works like it supposed to but the battery on WIFI only last about 6 to 7 hours. The internet speed was good for us traveling through out Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. One will need to use battery bank for longer use.

Very cool, reliable and useful!

We use Mint Mobile at home (USA), but even when we can buy a 1,3,5,10 day international package to use our phones in Japan, I always get a Pocket Wi-Fi as a backup.

My only "complaint" is that the paragraph denoting where to pickup the Pocket Wi-Fi (the n.e.s.t location at Kansai Airport) could use a better description on how to get there.

We used this device for three travelers and five devices. I requested delivery to our hotel and it was waiting when I checked in. It was super easy to use and small enough to fit in a purse or small knapsack. It even came with a spare battery. An incredible bargain.

I'd recommend this wi-fi hotspot to anyone traveling in Japan and is using data a lot (for YouTube, Google Maps, online play, etc.). It's fairly priced, has easy instructions, can last almost 10 hours, and is easy to carry around.

Reliable and fast. We rented 2 pocket wifi for me and my husband. No problems encountered for our 8 days stay in Japan. The power bank that came with it, greatly appreciated. Will use japan wireless again.
