Excellent service very satisfy

O ran into Japan wireless during an emergency situation. Not only did they provide my wifi router quickly, but the speeds were well above average as well, allowing me to work video calls and watch Netflix in the evenings. Highly recommend👍

We had three devices connected to it during our trip. Connection was stable, although it seemed to be on 4G wifi and not 5 or 6. We traveled from Tokyo to Osaka and Kyoto and never had any issues. The pickup and return were very simple. Would highly recommend

The pocket wifi worked great even in the most remote locations.

My husband and I had to wait till 6:00AM to pick up our order after landing at 4:30AM, so if your in a rush, this might not be ideal for you as that's the earliest you can pick up at the desk. It was well packaged in a pouch, with the pocket wi-fi, charger, portable charger, and return envelope. The connection directions were easy to follow, but we did have to restart the device in order to get it to work. We had no connectivity issues in Tokyo, however in Kyoto, we did have some spotty reception in some areas. If sharing, you must be near each other! My husband and I got separated on a train platform due to an incoming large crowd and I was not able to call him, as he had the pocket wi-fi in his backpack. We never had to use the portable charger, we were out from 7:00AM till 8:00PM on most days and still had 30% left at the end of the day. We also made sure to turn it off and charge it immediately upon returning to our hotel. Overall, the service was great, I'd definitely recommend!
